Fourteen people have been arrested in connection with an attack on a minority community in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district in which four people were burnt alive. A mob attacked a village in Muzaffarpur on Sunday afternoon, torching as many as 25 huts. Two people, who sustained serious burns, are at the local government hospital.
