Greece gets bailout; Dow touches 13,000

US markets opened in green after a long weekend with Dow crossing 13,000 mark as energy stocks lead rally. However, Greece's second bailout dampened streets despite a final deal. Iran, meanwhile, threatened to pull the plug on oil supply to UK and France pushing crude oil prices up to a 9 month high.
