This as Gujarat grapples with the agitation for quotas by its wealthy Patel community. As calls for a review of India's reservation policy come from both sides of the political divide - from the RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat to Congressmen like Jitin Prasada and Manish Tiwari, we ask whether Rajasthan's gamble will help the BJP in other states, especially poll-bound Bihar and what criteria will determine economically backward classes.
