Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad had yesterday, at an HIV seminar, implied that homosexuality was a disease and that gay sex was unnatural. Today, after outrage over his comments, Mr Azad clarified his words, saying he had been misquoted. But is that enough? We discuss.
