There have been 10 rapes in the last 48 hours in Uttar Pradesh. Mayawati says changes will be made to fast track rape cases; the punishment for molestation will be increased. In Kerala, a minor was abused by nearly 100 men. Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has promised action and said the accused will be brought to book.
