After the RBI's report that environment lobbies were responsible for the slowdown of FDI inflows into India, Minister for Heavy Industries Praful Patel has added his criticism to the issue. Speaking to NDTV in Davos, he said that while the environment is naturally crucial, all projects and development cannot be stalled because of it.
