Swachh Express travels to Devran Village in Madhya Pradesh and finds out why change of mindset is essential for checking open defecation. In 2010, the government had constructed 189 toilets at the cost of Rs 3200 for each, of these only 60 toilets remain in the village and those too are used as a store to keep home furnishings.
