On the second day of his 580 km-long green run, model and actor Milind Soman interacted with the unsung green heroes of Ratanpur Village in Kheda - the women ragpickers. They segregate and recycle recyclable waste which would otherwise have gone to a landfill and added to the greenhouse gas emissions. Self Employed Women's Association (SEWA) works towards improving the situation of waste pickers in our country.
