BlackBerry's bold step: Phone prices slashed by 26%

This is called taking the bull literally by the horn. RIM, the makers of BlackBerry, have taken a very aggressive and bold step to boost sales of phones in India. They've slashed prices across BlackBerry smartphones by as much as 26%. Just a few months back in December, RIM had slashed the prices of their Playbook tablet by more than 50%. The move may just make sure that BlackBerry devices get into more hands.
