Software major Wipro has profit of Rs. 1,300.9 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal against Rs. 1334.9 crore on a quarter on quarter (qoq) basis. TK Kurien, executive director & CEO of Wipro IT business, said the company said sales rose Rs 9,094.5 crore in Q2 against Rs. 8,564 crore (qoq), but wage hike squeezed margins. He also said that it was a decent quarter in terms of customer satisfaction and the trust of employees.
