G Subramaniam, CFO of Hathway Cable, tells NDTV Profit that the cable TV service operator is fully poised to meet the March 31, 2013, deadline for phase 2 of digitization. He says the benefits of phase 1 digitization will start showing from Q4FY13, with the full benefits reflecting in Q1FY14.
