Sunil Kanoria, vice chairman of SREI Infrastructure Finance, tells NDTV that the present guidelines of the infrastructure investments trusts do not look viable and hence clarity is needed regarding double tax implications in the next budget. He also says the green shoots in the economy will be visible only after the next 2-3 quarters.
