In a chat with NDTV Profit's Devina Menon, Telecom Analyst Mahesh Uppal said that the group of ministers need to decide on reserve pricing for telecom companies. "The spectrum auction is likely to be held by August 31. The telecom department is keen on meeting the auction deadline," he said.
