The world's third largest paint company Sherwin has set its eyes on the third largest company in India, Berger Paints. Sources tell NDTV that Sherwin Williams is looking to acquire 15-20 per cent of Berger Paints. The deal is at the initial stages and if materialized could rake in Rs 750-1000 crore for Berger Paints.
