In an exclusive interview to NDTV, Arun Shourie, who held the telecom portfolio between January 2003 and May 2004 in the NDA regime, said A Raja followed no principle or policy. Shourie lambasted A Raja's claim that he followed first come first serve policy by saying that he ignored already pending 376 applications and invited new applications.
