Pantaloon Retail, and its UK-based partner in a joint venture Clark International speak to NDTV about FDI in retail, their outlook for India business and expansion plans. Melissa Potter, CEO of the footwear retailer says that the retailer plans to open 100 new stores in the next 5 years, while Rakesh Biyani, joint managing director of Pantaloon Retail, tells NDTV that it is expecting retail consumption at $600 billion in the next 7-10 years.
