Andrew Freris, Chief Investment Advisor, Asia at BNP Paribas Wealth Management told NDTV Profit that the European markets have declined sharply on growing concern about Spain's ability to avoid bailout despite severe austerity measures. He said that there is no rescue plan for Spain yet, which makes it clear that the European Central Bank has its limitations.
