The battle for Mumbai's suburban distribution licenses is hotting up and if the MERC has its way, Reliance Infra could just lose its monopoly in the Mumbai power distribution space. Reliance Infra, whose current licence expires on the August 15, 2011, is all set to file a written argument to the MERC on December 10.
