Godrej consumer product Ltd is set to acquire another hair care company - Cosmetica Nacional. Adi Godrej said that they will be acquiring 60 per cent of the shares of the Chile-based company. "Over the period of time, we are looking to acquire 100 per cent of Cosmetica, which is a leader in hair colour business that will integrate well with our other south-American operations," he added.
