Despite the many hurdles to infrastructure in the country, Suresh Goyal of SBI Macquarie Infra Management says attractive investment opportunities still exist. On his decision to pick up a stake in a GMR-led expressway project, he said the company was looking at partnering with strong well-established promoter groups.
