Infosys founder and outgoing chairman N R Narayana Murthy says he recently lost sleep after being accused of violating the company's high standards of ethics. In his last letter to shareholders as chairman, Murthy did not hide his grief while indirectly referring to outgoing HR head Mohandas Pai's comments that the CEO selection process be made more transparent.
