The Indian economy may turn a corner in the second half of fiscal 2012-13 (October to March), Montek Singh Ahluwalia, deputy chairman of the Planning Commission, said in an interview to NDTV on Thursday. He also said that the immediate priority for the government was to show that the Indian economy, which is facing the risk of downgrades from rating agencies, is turning around.
