According to the latest report released by the Reserve Bank, banks must disclose all recast loans on books, and from hereon keep a 5 per cent provision for new standard loans recast. Hemindra Hazari , Head Of Research, Nirmal Bang Institutional Equities told NDTV Profit that a hike in provisioning is a right move. "We expect this move to impact the bank's profitability," he added.
