Higher Occupancy, Lower Costs Helped Q1 Net: PVR

Ajay Bijli, chairman and managing director at PVR, said the occupancy in Q1 rose to 38 per cent from 32 per cent year-on-year. PVR also enjoyed economies of scale, bringing its overall costs down, he added.
