GIC Housing Finance has reported nearly 35 per cent growth in sanctions and disbursals during Q2. M Sivaraman, MD of GIC Housing says the company expects strong growth to continue in Q3 and Q4. He also expects to maintain at least 25 per cent growth over the next two quarters with stable NIMs.
