The Enforcement Directorate is zeroing in on two companies that were awarded contracts by BSNL for broadband wireless. NDTV has learnt that Malaysia based WellCom and Israel-based Starnet Communications are under the ED's scanner. The agency suspects that money trail between the two companies and some entities associated with former Telecom Minister A Raja.
