With the closing of NTC Mill land deal and a few new launches coming ahead of real estate giant DLF, the stock has risen 2.6 per cent. Saurabh Chawla, ED of DLF, tells NDTV about the company's 'Magnolia' project launch in mid-December, which will be yet another milestone for the company.
