N M Gattu, CFO of DB Realty, talks to NDTV about the long delay in delivery of the company's project in Dahisar due to which more than 3000 homebuyers are affected. The project was started in 2008 and should have been completed by 2014. With buyers still waiting, the company says regulatory hurdles led to the delay and the delivery should start in the next 12-18 months.
