In conversation with NDTV Profit, market expert Hemindra Hazari says Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's maiden Budget was not exciting. He also advises investors to go slightly defensive on the market at the current levels. Echoing similar views, Manishi Raychaudhuri, strategist and head of research at BNP Paribas Securities, says the Budget wasn't spectacular, adding that the markets hoped for a strong pro-fiscal consolidation message that also promoted growth.
