D Narang, executive Director, United Bank of India, talks to NDTV about the issue of bad loans in the banking sector. He says wilful default is a big issue and banks have to depend upon the laws for recoveries. The banks are at a recieving end whether they lend or they recover and there is a need to plug loopholes in SARFAESI Act, he adds.
