A day after Shivraj Puri, the alleged mastermind behind Rs 400 crore fraud in the Citibank branch in Gurgaon, was arrested, sources say Puri claims that the client money he invested was done with the knowledge of clients. This has given a new twist what has so far been called a scam masterminded by him.
