Oil marketing companies announce a partial rollback in petrol prices by Rs 2 after a Rs 7 hike announced last month. Commerce Minister Anand Sharma says the fall in growth is alarming, but the government thinks, it is bottoming out. He also promised easier access to loans to the industry.
