This week on Follow The Star, we travel down south to explore the palm-fringed backwaters of God's own country, Kerala, and who better than Santosh Sivan, one of India's most talented film-makers, to show us around? We set off on our journey from Santosh's ancestral home in the town of Haripad, and then go on to visit a unique nature temple that's off the tourist grid before cruising on a houseboat in the backwaters of Alleppey with the charismatic Santosh Sivan. Our journey ended at the towering cliffs of Varkala Beach with our trusted Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
