Ratan Tata's lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi hit back at Cyrus Mistry's letter in which the ousted chairman blamed Mr Tata for "constant interference". Speaking to NDTV, Mr Singhvi said, "Obviously loss of confidence doesn't occur without reasons. The reasons will include economic, moral, propriety and several other factors. I am certainly not going to be specific about them. But as I said it will serve no purpose if out of the closet come tumbling out various allegations."
