Having trafficked over 5,000 women over 20 years and forced them into prostitution, a couple in Delhi built a sprawling empire until they ran out of luck this week. Afaq Hussain, 50, and his wife Saira Begum, 45, kingpins at Delhi's notorious red light area GB Road, have been arrested and charged under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act so it will be more difficult for them to get out of jail on bail.
