"Welcome to Nagalim" (Greater Nagaland) - driving into Manipur's Senapati district, one is greeted by life size graffiti painted across walls and shutters of shops. Since August 3, when New Delhi and Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland or NSCN(IM) agreed on a framework for peace, a fresh quote of paint have been put over the graffiti.
