Despite growing protests in Kerala over the rape and gruesome murder of a law student in Ernakulam, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has said that the case does not require a CBI probe. The police have made no arrests, 10 days after the incident. "The police will soon solve the case, No need for CBI," Mr Chandy told NDTV during an election rally in Puthuppally in Kottayam.
