Every year during the monsoon season, the national capital comes to a halt. Swachhta, cleanliness and hygiene might be the buzz words being discussed everywhere but the condition of the urban slums during monsoons is far from being 'swachh.' One such example is the Sangam Vihar slum. Here people are living with a mosquito-infested ditch, garbage menace, water-logging, which gets even worse during the monsoon season and this is a problem they have been grappling with for ages now.
