A year after the JNU incident, the debate around free speech and what it means to be a nationalist is back in news after reports of violence in Delhi University campus and the trolling of DU student Gurmehar Kaur. Law Minister Ravi Shakar Prasad tells NDTV that people are free to criticise the government but freedom of speech "shouldn't allow the campaign for disintegration of India."
