Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the arrest of Aam Aadmi Party legislator Dinesh Mohaniya in the middle a news conference, saying he had declared 'Emergency' in the capital. Mr Mohaniya, the legislator from Sangam Vihar, arrested by the Delhi Police for allegedly misbehaving with a group of women who had gone to him to complain about water crisis.
