Union minister Nitin Gadkari said the government is trying to speed up highway construction in the country. Participating in "Ek Nayi Subah" (a new morning) -- the NDA government's mega show to celebrate its second anniversary -- Mr Gadkari said the aim was build at least 41 km a day.
