A Dalit family was attacked in Karnataka's Chikkamagaluru allegedly by members of a rightwing group on the suspicion that they were cooking beef. According to reports, more than 30 members of a rightwing group allegedly attacked, beat up the family mercilessly on July 17, claiming that they had consumed beef.
