The ghost of anti-Hindi agitation in Tamil Nadu of the 1960s seems to have returned to haunt some people. A school in Chennai has refused to sell an admission application form to the parents of a three-year-old child. The reason - his birth certificate submitted is in Hindi. Inderchand Kothari migrated from Nagour village in Rajasthan to Chennai 13 years ago. He wanted to admit his three-year-old son Khush at a reputed school in the city.
