Talking about what he would have liked to see in the Union Budget 2017, HDFC vice chairman and CEO Keki Mistry said, "Since there is a massive amount of under reporting of income by the companies; at high income level, if we could bring down the maximum marginal tax rate, then that would go a long way in improving tax compliance."
