Goa Health Minister Laxmikant Parsekar has been chosen as the state's next Chief Minister, BJP leader Rajiv Pratap Rudy announced today after a legislature party meeting. Mr Parsekar was chosen unanimously, said Mr Rudy who along with BS Yeddyurappa has been sent to Goa by the party's central leaders as observers.
