Tejinder Singh defamation case: Delhi High Court refuses to ask Centre to withdraw Army press release

The Delhi High Court today refused to direct the Centre to take back a press release of the Army alleging that Lieutenant General (retired) Tejinder Singh offered a bribe to the Army Chief in connection with a defence deal.

Defamation case against Army Chief: Govt has to reply by April 27
