In a major drive, the Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN) has disconnected power supply to more than 3.56 lakh consumers for non-payment of dues and recovered Rs 151.94 crore from defaulters during 2011-12, an official said on Tuesday.
