Suryanelli rape case: Kerala High Court to begin fresh hearing today

A fresh hearing in the 1996 Suryanelli rape case is to begin today in the Kerala High Court. A new bench, comprising Justices KT Shankaran and ML Joseph Francis will begin hearing the bail pleas filed by some of the accused.

A new bench has been constituted by the Kerala High Court to hear the Suryanelli rape case. A division bench, comprising Justices KT Shankaran and ML Joseph Francis, would hear the bail pleas filed by some of the accused on Monday.
