The estranged wife of former Kerala Minister K B Ganesh Kumar on Thursday moved a court in Thiruvanathapuram urging that he be booked under the anti-domestic violence act and seeking a restraining order against him.

KB Ganesh Kumar, a minister in the Congress-led UDF government in Kerala, has resigned following allegations of domestic violence by wife. Mr Kumar put in his papers after a meeting with Chief Minister Oommen Chandy.
