CCEA likely to modify decision on coal blocks tomorrow

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) in its meeting tomorrow is likely to modify the earlier decision to give a go ahead to state governments for granting mining leases for coal blocks to companies if there is no CBI enquiry against them.
